We are celebrating a major milestone. On November 28th, 2022, we served our 10,000th customer. Wow! Over the last 7+ years, we have provided over 10,000 individuals and businesses with computer and phone repairs, tech support, device sales, retail wireless accessories, home video digital conversions and much more. We appreciate the continued support from our fabulous business and individual customers!!! We look forward to continuing to evolve to find tech solutions for the next 10,000 customers.

During the Danville Pittyslvania County Chamber of Commerce's recent Awards Ceremony, the Pinnacle Small Business Award was presented.

The Chamber’s Board created the Pinnacle Small Business Award in 2019 to recognize excellence in businesses with fewer than 25 employees. The winner is distinguished as a small business or organization that contributes to the economic vitality and quality of life in the region through innovative, ethical business practices, professionalism, and strong community involvement. It is the highest honor awarded to a small business by the Chamber, and this year was awarded to Marlow Services, LLC.

Marlow Services, LLC. started in 2015 as a side venture from a small room in their home as a husband-and-wife team. The initial goal was to provide phone and tablet repair services that would truly dazzle their customers by focusing on customer-based solutions and technical excellence.  

By 2019, the demand for services had grown enough for them to take the leap and make it a full-time job and focus. That customer focus guided the team in their expansion from mobile repairs out of a minivan, to a space in their garage, to a full-service repair and retail store with a full line of wireless accessories.  

Today, they continue to evolve and strive to find the best solutions for individuals and business customers. The company has been honored and motivated by the recognition they have received so far with over 335 combined 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook, 4,500+ social media followers, an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and the Danville Register and Bee’s Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Electronics Store (2022 and 2021), Best Customer Service (2022) and Best Place to Work (2022).

iPhone users - iOS 16 will be released today, September 12, 2022, and is available on iPhone 8 and newer devices. This update is not a game changer, but there are several cool new features. Here are some highlights to check out:

• customizable lock screen
• battery PERCENTAGE indicator
• notification roll up from the BOTTOM of screen
• more customization of "Focus" modes
• edit/recall text messages already sent (several caveats here)
• haptic keyboard (you'll feel a click when you touch each button for a real keyboard feel)
• Live Text and Visual Lookup available on video as well as text
• improved dictation to better support punctuation and emoji
• Spotlight Search available from BOTTOM of home screen

Not all features will be available on all devices. Check back here to find out if we find any bugs in the new iOS as we get familiar with the update.

iPhone 14 models will be available on Friday, September 16th.  If you are getting a new phone, we will have a full line up of top-rated cases, chargers and more available.
